I’ve always believed “it’s about the journey, not the destination”.
It’s not all about where we are going; it’s also about what we learn and who we become along the way.
We may have a specific destination in mind when we start something, but as the journey progresses and we learn things along the way that we hadn’t anticipated, these things shape us, teach us, and help us grow and may change the destination.
Now that I have embarked on this journey into Life Coaching I am excited about all the people I’ll get to meet and help realize their dreams; help them reach their goals and help them take their lives to the next level!
If you aren’t familiar with Life Coaching and how working with a Life Coach can help you, let me explain…
Simply put, a Life Coach is someone who can help you get perspective on your life and your thinking.
Life Coaching is about taking healthy people and helping them make their good lives awesome.
So what does a Life Coach do?
A Life Coach works to help you understand why you are where they are. How your thinking has gotten you there and how changing your thinking can get you to a better place.
Regardless of what area of your life you want to work on – weight loss, relationships, your job, overdrinking, etc. – you will learn tools you can use to help yourself reach your goals in all areas of your life.
A Life Coach has an objective vantage point—a different perspective from which we can spot what’s working, as well as areas for change and improvement.
Life Coaches don’t treat the symptoms of your pain or shortcomings. The help you to find the root cause of each symptom, understand what is causing it, and then help you change it to make room for success and fulfillment.
A Life Coach can help you in any area of your life that you want to change, make better and reach your goals.
A Life Coach helps you get results in your life.
I am excited to be on this Life Coaching Journey and look forward to meeting & helping many of you along the way.
